Remembering the Past
December 3rd, 2006On Saturday, my Papaw (grandfather) and I went down the road to an old farm. We took some pictures of the old barn and the old house. I have been wanting to go down there for such a long time to take pictures. They’re planning on burning down the old house and re-building. They’re still not sure what they’re going to do about the barn. Anyways, I should hush so I don’t ruin the video.
Remembering the Past (MP4)
Let me know if this video works OK. I added the MP4 video type to the .htaccess file, hopefully it should be streamable. I also encoded the video using a much lower compression, hopefully it will work out OK!

Clarifications:
As I was listening to this entry I realized I referred to MSN Live. I wanted to clarify that the Round Cube Webmail project is sort of like MSN Live in the fact that it is built using AJAX technology, can drag and drop emails, etc. I wanted to clarify this so you wouldn't think that MSN Live was built using Round Cube.

Keera Winter Snoddy
September 22nd, 2006Keera Winter Snoddy was born on June 16, 2006 at 10:55 a.m. she was 4 lbs. 7 oz 17 inches long. Sadly, there is very sad news tonight in the pod-blog-o-sphere. Since Keera was born she has had an up and down battle, surgery after surgery. I don’t know a lot about the surgeries, I know they were very tiring on Keera and on Jennifer and Wade, waiting to take their precious little angel home, for good. Sadly, Keera passed away tonight at 7:44 PM.

I never know what to tell people whenever someone in their family passes away. All I know to say is that there is a reason for everything. I always tend to think that maybe there is some higher power up there that says there should be no more suffering on part of that individual and he/she/it allows the suffering to end.
Keera, you will be very much missed, by many, many people.
If you’d like to see updates that Jennifer provides, please visit her blog here. If you’d like to see more pictures you can do so here and here.
Gone Walking
August 4th, 2006Brownie and I decided to go for a walk yesterday. We walked to my Grandma & Papaw’s house, before we got there, Brownie wanted to jump into the pond for a quick swim. There are some pictures on the Flickr that you can view here.
No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies
July 29th, 2006
Watch this video to learn how I make No Bake Peanut Butter cookies, a family favorite. If you’d like to recipe that I use as a guide, click on read more below for the recipe from the “A Book Of Favorite Recipes”, Compiled by The Deer Lodge Senior Citizens of Deer Lodge, TN (1978 edition).
The video editing on this one SUCKS! I would have really liked to have been able to add a background to the instructions I was adding in, but, the software that I use doesn’t allow it.
I know many of you have had problems watching my videos, hopefully that has been fixed, according to Steve is has been.
